Google now rolling out speed test tool in search results.

Google testing its speed test tool in search results by rolling out to users.Users need to enter "Check my internet speed" in search results and click run speed test to start the speed test.This is limited to some users but not all countries.This speed test is currently in beta stage and being tested only by users in US.This feature will also be available to other countries soon.
