From the app section,swiping right will get you to contacts section,this will hold your favourite and frequently calling contacts.Tapping the pic will show tasks like calling,messaging and selecting more will open contacts card directly within launcher.Then select to make whatsapp calls and messages.Then swiping right again will display list of documents in your device.You can login to your Microsoft account to have documents in OneDrive right in your launcher.Then swiping right will hold widgets you want.It supports live wallpaper from bing and able to customize wallpaper and icon packs.
With VLC media player,you can view all the media content as it supports all the audio and video codecs like in PC.It can also be able to stream from HTTP,FTP and local servers.It also includes background playback for audio and popout for videos which holds your video on the screen even after closing VLC.
