Here's the trick to use Google speed test in India. Open Mozilla Firefox. Install Hotspot shield VPN add-on from Mozilla addons store. Now Hotspot VPN is available on the toolbar. Close all the tabs and go to a new tab. Now click the hotspot VPN icon and enable Hotspot VPN by toggle. Select Virtual Location to US. Now go to https://www.google.com (not google.co.in) Now enter "speed test" in search bar. Now,Internet Speed test tool will appear in the search results. Now Disable Hotspot VPN by toggling off again. Click Run Speed Test to start the speed test. Remember,Google Speed test tool is still in beta.So,the speed will not be accurate. Notably,The download speed is not accurate and the result is the slower download speeds. Upload speed shows accurately.But,Google need yo fix the download speed issue showing slower speeds. It may be a problem with the Google's server which is involved in speed test.The server may be slow as the latency value is hig

Google testing its speed test tool in search results by rolling out to users.Users need to enter "Check my internet speed" in search results and click run speed test to start the speed test.This is limited to some users but not all countries.This speed test is currently in beta stage and being tested only by users in US.This feature will also be available to other countries soon.

Qualcomm working on its upcoming high end SoC named Snapdragon 830.The high end devices coming out in 2017 will be powered by this SoC.The most expected and notable device powered by Snapdragon 830 is Samsung Galaxy S8.Snapdragon 820 had a great success this year and Qualcomm announced Snapdragon 821 which is a slightly higher variant of Snapdragon 820 with clock speeds increased from 2.15 GHz to 2.3 GHz and some improvements in power efficiency. We can also expect that Snapdragon 830 will also be a great success for Qualcomm.The Snapdragon 830 coming with power packed features rather than its predecessors. Samsung develops a slot which is compliant with both UFS and microSD cards.UFS is more faster and power efficient compared to microSD.However,microSD cards are used by many as it is current generation standard and its compatibility with most of the smartphones.It looks like a great move for Samsung for developing a slot compatible with current generation and next generation standards.

Microsoft Arrow Launcher: This is one of the best launcher I have seen in the play store.The launcher runs more faster and lag free.It reduces your time by making you to get all the things only through swipe.The App sections will hold your favourite apps and recently opened apps.Swiping left will get you to Recent section which will have everything that you have done recently like recently installed apps,downloaded media and other files and recent calls you made or made to you. UFS refers to Universal File System is a type of File System which is widely used in Samsung Galaxy Devices,OnePlus 3,etc... Now Samsung intoduces UFS based memory cards which is more power efficient and faster compared to microSD.Most of the phones support microSD as standard.Maybe, we can expect UFS memory card support in Samsung Galaxy Devices which is set to release in future.

TRAI introduced its own speed test app which is accurate as the speed test.net app. As it is the initial version,the app exists with some bugs in it.The app freezes sometimes when it is opened and go into black screen. Unlikr Speedtest.net app,the app makes phone some more laggy when performing speed test.The app may take high resources such as more amount of RAM,so only the app makes phone laggy and also experienced some heat dissipation when using MySpeed(TRAI) app which I didn't get with speed test.net app.The app must improve in memory management and should take less resource of memory to work free from lags and heat dissipation.
